Beah has been the venue for the Wells Christmas Bash since it’s inception.
The event has become more and more popular over the years with party guests coming from a 30 mile radius of Wells – including Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare and Taunton.
We hope to soon grow to fill the 60 seater capacity of Beah’s lovely upstairs restaurant.
We meet at the upstairs bar (where there is the opportunity to buy a pre Bash drink) from 12pm and we plan to sit down at 12.30pm. The event usually goes on until around 2.30pm – although you can stay for longer and continue partying if you wish.
The cost is £25 which includes a three course meal, a glass of wine, coffee, party poppers and crackers.

Homemade tomato and basil soup with warm petit pain roll (v)
Salmon and cod pate with watercress mousse and soft toasted soldiers
Parma ham bruschetta with roasted balsamic red onions
Marinated feta cubes with orange and fig salad (v)
Pan fried sea bass fillet with a horseradish and walnut crust and sweet basil sauce
Roast Somerset turkey with all the trimmings
Baked squash filled with cranberries, rice and dates with green pepper sauce (v)
All the above dishes are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
Beef short rib braised in a rich red wine gravy with mulled clementine red cabbage and roast potatoes
Moroccan lamb cous cous with chickpeas, aubergine, carrot and courgette
Christmas pudding with orange brandy butter
Pinapple and polenta cake with a duo of coulis
Somerset cheeseboard – three Somerset cheeses
